Constitution and Articles of EOOM was revealed to Matia Melchizedek in March of 1971. It was a model and plan of action for establishing peace and assuring human evolution. It remains a model and plan of action as of this publication (May 1996).

ARTICLE ONE

The name of this entity shall be: Earth's Order Of Melchizedek hereafter abbreviated and referred to as, "EOOM".

ARTICLE TWO

The beliefs of "EOOM", are:

  1. I believe that there is One Universal Supreme Creative consciousness who is nameless, yet answers to many names, and, who is Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent, and, who can be recognized, realized and expressed by and through human consciousness.
  2. I believe that personal identity is a Divine Gift.
  3. I believe that love is a Divine Grace.
  4. I believe that faith is a Divine Experience.
  5. I believe that knowledge is a Divine Attribute.
  6. I believe that wisdom is a Divine Virtue.
  7. I believe that the personal expression of love, faith, knowledge, and wisdom toward all consciousness constitutes Divine human consciousness.
  8. I believe that personal existence is dependent upon selection, assimilation, integration, employment and disposition.
  9. I believe that truth is found anywhere and everywhere.
  10. I believe that error is only truth taken out of context from the time/space continuum.
  11. I believe that life is a continuum.
  12. I believe that death is but the transition of consciousness in the continuum of life, either by dissolution or conscious selection, assimilation, integration, employment and disposition by and in a more complex conscious entity.
  13. I believe that experience leads to belief.
  14. I believe that belief leads to purpose.
  15. I believe that purpose leads to form.
  16. I believe that form leads to function.
  17. I believe that function leads to experience.

ARTICLE THREE

The purposes of "EOOM", are:

  1. To encourage the individual and collective recognition, realization and expression of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness by example, exhortation, education, prophecy and revelation.
  2. To provide for the spiritual upliftment of planetary consciousness by promoting, establishing and maintaining "EOOM", and it's related temples and other places of worship, justice and recreation.
  3. To provide for the economic and ecologic security of planetary consciousness by promoting, establishing and maintaining various productive, distributive and co-operative enterprises.
  4. To provide for the scientific advancement of planetary consciousness by promoting, establishing and maintaining various institutions of education, research, record, learning and practice.
  5. To provide for the identification of planetary consciousness by bestowing and confirming various degrees of recognition and practice in and of "EOOM".
  6. To provide for the peaceful, orderly, fulfilling and beneficial movement of consciousness through the human experience by promoting, establishing, chartering and maintaining the various confluences of United Humanitarians of "EOOM". which guarantees in all confluence domains: (a) individual sovereignty in matters concerning personal welfare, (b) equal justice in matters of social intercourse and resolution of dispute, (c) freedom of speech, (d) freedom of religion, (e) freedom of peaceful assembly, (f) equal opportunity in matters of selection, assimilation, integration, employment and disposition and (g) freedom from the violence of ignorant combat, enforcement, censure and bigotry.

ARTICLE FOUR

Membership in "EOOM" is of two type, distributed among twenty-two degrees of recognition and practice, to-wit:

  1. Type is open to all consciousness, everywhere; is universal and eternal in nature, never, in time or space, to be denied or revoked by and Order of Melchizedek; is bestowed by a "Melchizedek Decree of Bestowal"; grants recognition and opportunity without reciprocal obligation; is bestowed in recognition of an individual's potential and/or manifestation as perceived, observed, recorded and published by "EOOM".
  2. Type is available to all expressing human consciousness until such time as the prescribed numerical limitations are reached; is limited in maximum numbers to 288,000,000 individualized entities; is confirmed by a "Melchizedek Decree of confirmation"; is limited in time; is limited in space to that area of the universe traversed and occupied by the planet earth and its intrinsic system during the time period of confirmation; terminates upon expiration of confirmation, voluntary resignation, issuance of an "Earth council Decree of Dismissal", or death; may be renewed in the time/space continuum by issuance of an "Earth Council Decree of Renewal"; and, is confirmed in recognition of an individual's potential, manifestation and expressed desire to participate as perceived, observed, received, recorded, and published by "EOOM".
  3. The 22 degrees of recognition and participation available to human consciousness by and in "EOOM", are numbered and titled as follows:

  4. A member may hold bestowal of recognition and confirmation of participation in several or all of the above mentioned degrees concurrently, subject to the restrictions and qualifications hereafter stated: Degrees 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,19.20,21, and 22 shall be limited to a combined maximum total of 287,856,000 confirmed members; Degrees 10,11,12,13,14, shall be limited to a combined maximum total of 143,893 confirmed members; Degree 15 shall be limited to a maximum total of 70 confirmed members; Degree 16 shall be limited to a maximum total of 24 confirmed members; Degree 17 shall be limited to a maximum total of 12 confirmed members; Degree 18 shall be limited to a maximum of one confirmed member; there are no numerical limitations upon bestowal's of Honorary degrees.
    1. A "Melchizedek Decree Of Bestowal of Confirmation", shall be issued only by Matia Melchizedek or a recorded authorized agent thereof.
    2. An "Earth Council Decree of Renewal or Dismissal", shall be issued by the "Earth Council of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek" through Matia Melchizedek.
    3. Confirmation in any degree automatically bestows Honorary Membership in that degree.

ARTICLE FIVE

  1. The corporal body of "EOOM" is comprised of the following 3 Great Organs:
    1. United Humanitarians of the Universal Supreme Creative consciousness, herein known as' United Humanitarians.
    2. League of Faith in the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of EOOM, herein known as; League of Faith.
    3. Earth Council of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek, herein known as; Earth Council.
    Distribution of the confirmed membership, by degrees, among the 3 Great Organs is as follows: Degrees 1 through 22, United Humanitarians; Degrees 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, league of Faith; Degrees 15, 16, 17, 18 Earth Council.
  2. The Earth Council contains the "Assembly of Prophets of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek"; the "Court of Apostles of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek"; the "Conclave of High Priests of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek"; and "Matia Melchizedek of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek." This Great Organ (Earth Council) is here-by authorized, empowered, commissioned and ordained through Absolute Universal Melchizedek to execute, institute, incorporate and express the Melchizedek schematic of Universal Design for and to human consciousness. The essence of Melchizedek is best described as concentration, organization and concert, therefore, the confirmation, distribution, authorization and delegation of responsibility, obligation and power is universally secured by Absolute Universal Melchizedek during the term of confirmation.
  3. The League of Faith contains the "Society of Disciples of EOOM of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness"; the "Conference of Priests of EOOM of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness"; the "Concrescense of Bishops of EOOM of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness"; and, the "Union of Expositors of EOOM of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness". This Great Organ, (League of Faith), is hereby authorized and commissioned through EOOM to develop, establish and maintain various modes and methods of worship of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness and, also, to establish and maintain various institutions of education, research, record and learning, after the Order of Melchizedek.
    1. The United Humanitarians contains, in addition to the above described Great Organs, a maximum total of 3,027,195 additional units of assembly and expression, herein known as confluences. These confluences are graded, distributed, delegated and shall be chartered by the Earth Council among seven planes of experience, expression, authority and representation as follows:
    2. One "World Conference of United Humanitarians", hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronize and harmonize all tributary confluences of this Order.
    3. One North Hemispherical Confluence and one South Hemispherical Confluence, each of which is hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronize and harmonize a total maximum of 12 Region Confluences, 144 District Confluences, 1,440 Section Confluences, 72,000 City Confluence's and 1,440,000 Ward Confluences.
    4. A maximum of 24 Region Confluences, each one of which is hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronized and harmonize a total maximum of 12 District Confluences, 120 Section Confluences, 6,000 City Confluences and 120,000 Ward Confluences.
    5. A maximum of 288 District Confluences, each one of which is hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronize and harmonize a total maximum of 10 Section Confluences, 500 City Confluences and 10,000 Ward Confluences.
    6. A maximum of 2,800 Section Confluences, each one of which is hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronize and harmonize a total maximum of 50 City Confluences and 1,000 Ward Confluences.
    7. A maximum of 144,000 City Confluences, each one of which is hereby authorized to charter, franchise, represent, synchronized and harmonize a total maximum of 20 Ward Confluences.
    8. A maximum of 2,880,000 Ward Confluences, each one of which is hereby authorized to franchise, represent, synchronize and harmonize a total maximum of 100 confirmed members of EOOM and an unlimited number of Honorary members.
    1. Each and every Confluence chartered by EOOM shall be an auxiliary, autonomous, republic in nature, the by-laws of each, providing for an executive, legislative and judiciary branch of government (representation, synchronization and harmonization).
    2. No confluence chartered by "EOOM" shall, under any circumstances, provide for, establish or maintain any police force, militia, army or other related agency of protection or enforcement. The legislation, adjudication, administration and execution of law, (responsibility and obligation), within the chartered domains of EOOM shall be strictly dependent upon the individual and collective, recognition of and respones to, the Universal Spirit of Organization, Assimilation, integration, employment and disposition through education is the Melchizedek way of enforcement and the security of this body among all other organic structures is assured by the One Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness as expressed to and through all integrated forms of consciousness as expressed to and through all integrated forms of consciousness.
    3. The executive branch of every confluence chartered by EOOM shall be administered by a Chief Executive Officer and at least two but not more than eight Associate Executive Officer and at least two but not more than eight Associate Executive Officers. The maximum term of office shall not exceed 9 consecutive or accumulative calendar years in any single executive capacity on any single Confluence Plane.
    4. The judiciary branch of every Confluence chartered by EOOM shall be administered by a Chief Justice and at least two but not more than twelve Associate Justices. The maximum term of office shall not exceed 12 consecutive or accumulative calendar years in any single judiciary capacity or any single confluence Plane.
    5. The legislative branch of every Confluence chartered by EOOM shall be administered by representatives as provided for in the various by-laws. The maximum term of office for any representative shall not exceed 5 consecutive or accumulative calendar years on any single Confluence Plane.
    6. A United Humanitarian may hold, concurrently, one executive, one judiciary and one legislative office within the Confluence Structure.
    7. All Executive, Judiciary and Legislative offices shall be elective, with electorial franchise and nominating procedures provided in the various by-laws.
    1. The World Confluence executive branch shall consist of one Chief Executive Officer and, at least one but not more than four Associate Executive Officers from each Hemispherical Confluence.
    2. The World Confluence judiciary branch shall consist of one Chief Justice and, at least one but not more than six Associate Justices from each Hemispherical Confluence.
    3. The world Confluence legislative branch shall consist of at least one but not more than nine representatives at large; at least one but not more than four representatives from each Hemispherical Confluence; and, at least one but not more than two representatives from each Region Confluence.

ARTICLE SIX

  1. Matia Melchizedek is hereby authorized to confirm and bestow, and appoint agent for confirmation and bestowal of all membership degrees offered by EOOM, subject to the following qualifications and authorizations:
    1. The "Conclave of High Priests" is hereby authorized to confirm and maintain confirmed membership of 12 Apostles and 12 prophets;
    2. the "Court of Apostles" is hereby authorized to confirm and maintain confirmed membership of 24 Prophets;
    3. the "Assembly of Prophets" is hereby authorized to confirm and maintain confirmed membership of 210 Disciples, 210 Priests, 210 bishops, 210 Teachers, and 210 Expositors;
    4. the confirmation of subsequent and succeeding Matia Melchizedeks shall be through and by an "Earth Council Decree of Matia Melchizedek." This decree shall be issued in strict accord with the following instructions: no sooner than one calendar year prior to the anticipated retirement or, no later than fourteen 24 hour days following the retirement of the incumbent Matia Melchizedek, the entire "Earth council" shall be convened in a special session of "Matia Melchizedek Confirmation." This session, once convened, must continue in its duties and deliberations without adjournment, until a successor has been selected, elected, and accepted, unanimously by the entire confirmed Earth Council.
  2. Matia Melchizedek is hereby bound and covenanted to issue Decrees of confirmation to all duly elected officers of the United Humanitarian confluence structure as follows:
    1. the Chief Executive Officer on any confluence plane shall be confirmed in the 21st Degree, term of confirmation to coincide with term of office;
    2. an Associate Executive Officer on any confluence plane shall be confirmed in the 20th Degree, term of confirmation to coincide with term of office;
    3. the Chief Justice on any confluence plane shall be confirmed in the 22nd Degree, term of office to coincide with term of confirmation;
    4. an Associate Justice on any confluence plane shall be confirmed in the 19th Degree, term of confirmation to coincide with term of office;
    5. a Representative on any confluence plane shall be confirmed in the 9th Degree, term of confirmation to coincide with term of office.
  3. The integrated human consciousness known, identified and referred to as: Day Franklin Hoine, Kay Franklin Alverson, Casey Alverson, K.F.H. Alverson, Casey Hoine, Brother KC, KC, Krishna Chandogya, Kee Chang, Scorpio, Bushad, Lorion Tigray and Bushad Sita, is hereby confirmed and bestowed in the 18th Degree of Earth's Order of Melchizedek; hereafter to be known, during the term of this confirmation, as "Matia Melchizedek of the Universal Supreme Creative Consciousness of the Order of Melchizedek," and, thereafter, as "Lorion Melchizedek." The term of this confirmation shall expire one calendar year after the date of issuance of an EOOM charter to "World Confluence of United Humanitarians."

ARTICLE SEVEN

  1. The various charters available through EOOM are authorized and issued by the Earth Council, subject to the following requi9rements and qualifications:
    1. issuance of charter to the World Confluence of United Humanitarians requires the confirmation of at least 81 members in the Earth Council;
    2. issuance of charter to an Hemispherical Confluence requires confirmation of at least 54 members in the Earth council;
    3. issuance of charter to a Region Confluence requires the confirmation of at least 28 members in the Earth Council.
  2. All Earth Council Actions and business requires the unanimous assent of the entire confirmed Earth council membership.
  3. Matia Melchizedek is hereby commissioned as Supreme Authority of EOOM until such time as a quorum of 9 confirmed members of the Earth council has been established, at which time the Supreme Authority of EOOM shall be transferred and vested in the Earth Council.
  4. This constitution may be amended only by an Earth council that has at least 55 confirmed members.

Know all consciousness: by these presents, Earth's Order of Melchizedek is ordained and universally chartered by the vested authority of Absolute Universal Melchizedek to accomplish the purposes set forth herein according to the methods, precepts, principles and beliefs described herein.

"GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFIRMATION IN E.O.O.M."

1st Degree - ASPIRANT TOWARD TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must express to the reviewing representative of EOOM a real and active desire to participate in the various functions, both spiritual and temporal, of the United Humanitarians; must have been or agree to be baptized by submersion prior to confirmation; must declare the 1st belief of EOOM an intrinsic part of their own integrated consciousness.

2nd Degree - NOVICE IN TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must agree that all spiritual teachings are founded in truth and that a common denominator is available for communication; must declare the 1st and 2nd beliefs of EOOM as intrinsic parts of their own integrated consciousness.

3rd Degree - INITIATE OF TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate a real and active desire to experience the fulfillment of affectionate service in some humanitarian cause; must declare the 1st thru 3rd beliefs of EOOM as intrinsic parts of their integrated consciousness; must accept some published presentation of truth as a manual in the development of consciousness; must accept someone as guiding authority, educator, teacher and be initiated by them into a mode or method, or realization.

4th Degree - PROBATIONER IN TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate active effort to apply the truth of their chosen manual as encouraged and outlined by their guiding authority; must declare the 1st thru 4th beliefs of EOOM as intrinsic parts of their own integrated consciousness.

5th Degree - PRACTITIONER OF TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate actual realization and application of Truth in everyday living; must declare the 1st thru 5th beliefs of EOOM as intrinsic parts of their own integrated consciousness; must accept a spiritual name from EOOM.

6th Degree - GUARDIAN OF TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate active effor to share the realized and applied truths of their life with others; must declare the 1st thru 6th beliefs of EOOM as intrinsic parts of their own integrated consciousness.

7th Degree - GUIDE IN TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate the ability to maintain inner conviction despite outer opposition; must declare the 1st thru 7th beliefs of EOOM as the foundation of their personal manifestation and progress in the process of integrating consciousness; must prominently display the Seal of Melchizedek on their person or in their home or place of business.

8th Degree - COUNSELOR IN TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate a willingness to counsel any person seeking counsel or guidance, regardless of the apparent inconvenience such action may cause; must declare the 1st thru 8th beliefs of EOOM as an intrinsic part of their own consciousness.

9th Degree - ADVOCATE OF TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate a willingness, desire and ability to represent the ideas, ideals and truth of others in any form of communication or assembly, must declare the 1st thru 9th beliefs of EOOM as an intrinsic part of their own integrating consciousness; or, must be elected as a legislative representative within the United Humanitarian confluence structure.

10th Degree - DISCIPLE OF MELCHIZEDEK OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate an ability to find truth in many varied expressions and presentations; must declare 1st thru 10th beliefs of EOOM as an intrinsic part of their integrated consciousness; must declare and demonstrate their willingness and ability to function within the Melchizedek schematic of spiritual organization and ascension.

11th Degree - PRIEST OF UNIVERSAL SUPREME CREATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must declare their eternal connection with the Order of Melchizedek; must submit to assimilation, integration, employment and disposition by EOOM; must declare the 22 beliefs of EOOM as the foundation of their personal manifestation and progress in the process of ascending integrating consciousness.

21st Degree - ADEPT OF TRUTH OF EOOM. CANDIDATE: must demonstrate the ability to dissolve error; or, must be elected as a Chief Executive Officer within the United Humanitarian Confluence structure.
