PROPHECIES AND REVELATIONS

Assimilation, integration, employment and disposition into and by the Earth Council cannot be consummated until the following requisites have been made:

1. The individual must carry on all forms of identification the Earth Council name, i.e., Driver' license, social security card, selective service card, union card, etc.
2. The individual must sign the "Covenant of Acceptance,"
3. Finally, the individual must elicit a "letter of commission" from the incumbent Matia Melchizedek which outlines, authorizes, and ordains them in some specific field or area of labor or manifestation.

The above mentioned requisites can "happen" in any order, but all three must be filled before the individual can be truly considered, "active" in Earth Council affairs.

Now, before anybody gets all upset---the time schedule we are a part of is unfolding perfectly--no one is too slow and now one is able to move too fast, therefore, any negative judgments we may render concerning timing have to been result of pre-EOOM conditioning. If its of any  value to any of us please rest in the knowledge that I am probably the happiest individual on the face of this planet, and its all because of the tremendous evolutionary strives that YOU  have made for EOOM. At the rate we are currently manifesting maintaining and evolving we will have eight or possibly nine geographic locations anchored and functioning prior to Roe Dang 142---Praise the Lord, Thank YOU Lord, Glory Be, Son of a Gun and WOW!!!

1. Garden of the Setting Sun, Mecca California--First Temple site; pilot spiritual community; business enterprise; pilot confluence, ward and perhaps city; current world headquarters of EOOM's Earth Council; first EOOM sanctuary; first EOOM retreat and re-creation center; first EOOM information and communication center; and, a place chock full of lovers most dear to my heart.
2. EOOM Sanctuary (Wahsatch), Ogden Utah---Site of the first projective endeavor of the Court of Apostles; site of a Melchizedek Free College; site of a 24-hour sanctuary chapel; hopefully, a focal point for the growth and development of one or more confluence structures; and, again, a place chock full of lovers most dear to my heart.
3. EOOM retreat and Re-Creation Center (Rocky Mountain Empire), Denver, Colorado. site of the first projective endeavor of the Assembly of Prophets; site of a 24-hour Re-Creation Chapel' and a place chock full of lovers most dear to my heart. (Site of the School of Prophets???)
4. EOOM Planetary Information and Communication Center, Denver, Colorado--Site of the first projective endeavor of the Conclave of High Priests; site of EOOM's planetary archives; site of EOOM's planetary publishing facilities; site of an EOOM recording studio; site of an EOOM distribution and discrimination facility; a focal point for the development and growth of a Temple Community; a focal point for the development and growth of the United Humanitarians World Confluence Structure; and of course a place chock full of lovers most dear to my heart.
5. EOOM Contact Center (Turtle Mountain) Central Point, Oregon--another endeavor of the Assembly of Prophets; a focal point for the development and growth of the confluence structure; and again a place chock full of lovers most dear to my heart.

The above descriptions are of necessity, here, brief and incomplete, but the do paint a clear enough general picture to outline our unfoldment patterns. All of the above are now ell grounded and if we continue to evolve in our efforts to cultivate, nourish and maintain them, they will be irrevocably established in our hearts and, therefore, will never be banished from human consciousness, no matter what external pressures are brought to bear toward their dissolution. If, this time, we play our cards right, tight and close to the belly, we will bring it off.

In addition to the above mentioned "sprouts" we should have a sanctuary "seeded" in Sante Fe, New Mexico; a temple community "seeded" in Phoenix, Arizona; our most sacred site of the "glass see" "seeded" somewhere; and, perhaps, acquire the WKFL Fountain of the World facilities in Canoga Park, California to "seed" another Sanctuary and the planetary headquarters for the league of Faith; all prior to Roe Dang next. As is plain to see, in order for any of the above to come to fruition we surely must accept willingly, cheerfully and open-heartedly all the responsibilities, authorities and obligations placed before us, in faith-knowing that the Lord will not and does not require more than we are capable of producing. It should also be self evident by now that the Lord will and does not accept anything but our best and our all. Oh! Lovers !! Share with me now the Blessed assurance of our absolute Universal Melchizedek Father, that if we direct our faith, belief, trust and worship toward the nameless Universal One and express our energies toward the manifestation of this, a part of His great work, we do and we will experience the reality of His Promise in everything we think, say and do.

Now a little more general information -- The spiritual organs of EOOM will manifest and maintain the following secular, corporeal structures:

1. a total of 12 temple communities on Urantia, there will be one in Australia, one in Asia, one in Middle East, one in Europe, one in Africa, and a total of seven in North and South Americas. Every temple community must be founded by Matia Melchizedek, energized through the conclave of High Priests and co-ordinated by a Expositor, 2 Teachers, and 2 Bishops. The Earth council Tao will be galactically energized by the Monmatia Order of Melchizedek, rotationally at each temple site with the Tao's of Hi and Hi Du Dang and Roe Du Dang being manifest at the same site, i.e. Garden of the Setting Sun, Roe and Roe Du Dang 141 M.E.; Phoenix Nu Dang 142 M.E. ' third North American site, Hi and Hi Du Dang, 142 M.E.; Australia, Me Dang 142 M.E.; Asia, Roe Dang 142 M.E.; Mid-east, Nu Dang 143 M.E.; Africa, Hi and Hi Du Dang 143 M.E.; Europe, Me Dang 143 M.E.; first South American, Roe Dang 143 M.E.; second S.A. Nu Dang 144 M.E.;  third S.A. Hi and Hi Du Dang 144 M.E.; Phoenix. Nu Dang 145 M.E.; THE SEE OF GLASS, HI AND HI DU DANG 145M.E.; third North American site, Me Dang 145 M.E.; Australia, Ro and Roe Dang 145 M.E.;----is the picture clear? The Hi and Hi Du Dang Tao of every Roe Du Dang Aum will be energized at the See of Glass this being to evolve the cycle. (it should be somewhat more clear now why we "missed" the last Earth Council Tao and will probably "miss" a few more.)
2. The temple communities are limited to two thousand permanent residents in keeping with the Urantia Melchizedek design, but there can be as few as 13 residents to adequately ground the inner temple flow of cosmic energies through the Crystal. Every temple community must include a sanctuary, a retreat and re- creation center, a tabernacle, and a three court temple.
3. A total of 24 Universe-cities, one in each geographic region of the United Humanitarian Confluence structure [UHCS]. Every Universe-city must be founded by a member of the Court of Apostles and co- ordinated by the Tao of Expositors. Universe-cities are limited to 2 thousand permanent residents but may be energized with as few as 48.
4. A total of 288 EOOM sanctuaries, one in each geographic district of the UHCS. Every sanctuary is limited to 198 permanent residents. (90 Priests, 9 Bishops, 1 Teacher and 98 Spiritual Associates). Every sanctuary must be founded by a member of the Court of Apostles and co-ordinated by the League of Faith Rhanna flow. A sanctuary may be maintained by a single member of the Earth Council, or by 9 Priests and one Bishop, or by 2 Bishops and 1 Teacher.
5. A Total of 2,880 retreat and recreation centers, 1 in each geographic section of the UHCS. Every retreat and re-creation center must be founded by a member of the Assembly of Prophets and co-ordinated by a locally established flow. The retreat and re-creation centers are limited to a minimum of ten acres of land and a maximum of ten permanent residents and 30 transient residents.
6. A maximum total of 8,640 EOOM contact Centers, 3 in each geographic section of the UHCS. Every contact center must be founded by an Earth Council member and co-ordinated by a Priest or a Bishop of the League of Faith.
7. A total of 25 information and communication centers [ICC], 1 in each geographic region of the UHCS and one planetary co-ordination center. Every information and communication center must be founded by a member of the Conclave of High Priests and co-ordinated by an Expositor of the League of faith. Every ICC must include a printing plant, a recording studio, and archives, a division of Eden Publications, a division or subsidiary of Probe and an EOOM museum. All six of the above must be energized by a member of the Conclave of High Priests.
8. EYAMAYU---EOOM's city of the Melchizedek "see of glass". I can only reveal, at this time, that EAUMAYU is located somewhere west of the North American continental divide, and that the consciousness selected and elected to populate it will be bound to absolute secrecy concerning it's precise location.
